ECI Group has hired Endeavor Advisory Group for the sale of the company’s Mixed Used Properties in Warsaw Poland. The Properties have Blue Chip tenants such as Carrefour, Unicom, Impel, MT Polska, MacDonalds, Novartis, Swatch, Samsung, Actavis, Ruch, T.N.T Express, Geze, Marley (Aliaxis Group), Plannaja (S.S.A.B. Group), etc and the property is 98% leased out.
