Royal Pavilion Holdings acquires off-market portfolios of commercial real estate assets which are priced below replacement cost in key markets with high barriers of entry along with a strong customer base. They make value added improvements to yield maximum returns on investment for their investor partners. They hold their properties between 5 and 10 years to achieve maximum returns.
