David Khalilzad

Chairman & CEO

David Khalilzad began his financial services career at Citigroup in 1988, rising to Vice President, Real Property Services in charge of Commercial Real Estate. In 1993, he started his investment banking career as a Principal at Commonwealth Associates, which was a merchant bank leading investment or financing transactions to finance operations, acquisitions, and/or restructuring of more than 100 technology, healthcare, and service-related lower middle market businesses and what later became known as Comvest Partners, a private equity firm with more than $15.3 billion in assets under management. In 1998, Mr. Khalilzad founded Geneva Capital, where he served as Chairman and CEO for thirteen years. While at Geneva Capital in 2006, Mr. Khalilzad founded US Ethanol Holdings which owned six ethanol plants in Illinois, Indiana, and California with a capacity of over 600 million gallons per year. Mr. Khalilzad is an honors graduate of the Department of Economics and Political Science, New York University, where he received the prestigious Founder’s Day Award in 1987.

Philip Chen

Senior Managing Director – Energy and Infrastructure

Philip Chen has spent 30 years with some of Wall Street’s most prominent investment banking firms, most recently as an Executive Director of Energy and Infrastructure at UBS. He spent ten years with Lehman Brothers as a Managing Director in Energy and Infrastructure projects. He also served as a Managing Director of ABN-AMRO in Infrastructure Finance and was the founding Managing Director of the South Africa Infrastructure Fund, one of the world's first private equity funds devoted exclusively to infrastructure development. Mr. Chen has financed more than $10 billion in energy and infrastructure projects. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Virginia, Master's of Science of Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University in 1969 and Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota.

Tommy Fitzpatrick

Managing Director - Energy and Infrastructure

Tommy has spent his career managing and developing international mission-critical infrastructure. With a background in electrical engineering, he transitioned into financial services and real estate, managing the largest financial service construction and maintenance portfolio across the UK&I. As Senior Managing Director EMEA and later Vice President Americas at CBRE, he led global real estate platforms for top technology companies. Tommy also pioneered the full lifecycle of data center transactions assisting developers, end-users, and funders in structuring complex development strategies. Most recently, he was the head of Datalec Precision Installations for North America, a global data center solutions UK based company with over $200mm in revenue and offices throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

William Mayben

Managing Director – Real Estate

Prior to joining Endeavor Advisory Group, William Mayben was Division President of Standard Pacific Homes, one of the nation’s largest home builders, a NYSE–listed company with a market cap of over $1 billion. He created the fully operational Central Valley Division in only 18 months. His executive experience in large–scale real estate ventures dates back to 1987. Mr. Mayben has a BA and MA in Psychology from California State University.

Dan Marino

Managing Director - Asset-Based Lending

Prior to joining Endeavor Advisory Group, Dan Marino was most recently with the Asset Securitization Group of DZ Bank in New York, where he focused on originating, structuring, and maintaining client relationships for specialty finance lenders nationwide. Mr. Marino's experience at DZ included over $2.1 billion in senior debt credit facilities across a variety of asset classes, including equipment leasing, asset–based loans, small business loans, franchise loans, life settlements, auto loans, student loans, and thoroughbred stud fees. He received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Elliott Kopstein

Managing Director San Francisco/Silicon Valley – Corporate Development

Elliott has twenty years experience in technology corporate and business development, M & A, equity research, and early stage venture capital. He is a former Wall Street research analyst with Deutsche Bank where he covered telecommunications and network infrastructure. He's held various senior finance and M & A positions with AT&T, AirTouch Communications, MCI, and at Precision Response Corporation (PRC) where he co-founded the company’s online call center division PRCnetcare. PRC was sold to Barry Diller’s Interactive Corporation in 2000 for over $700M. Since 2004, Elliott has been seed investor and consultant for various consumer, tech, and communications start-ups including Palore, The Voice Internet, Evant (sold to Manhattan Associates in 2005) and CineGoGo. Elliott currently serves as senior advisor to C3/CustomerContactChannels (www.C3connect.com), a leading call center and business process outsourcer (BPO) based in South Florida. Elliott is a CPA and received an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Tommy MacLane

Senior Vice President - Business Development

Tommy MacLane is responsible for originating and sourcing investment opportunities across a broad range of industries for the firm. With over a decade of experience in finance, Tommy brings a strong track record of identifying high-potential deals and building strategic relationships. Over the past seven years, he has worked as a consultant, successfully introducing numerous transactions and partnerships that have driven meaningful value for the firm. Prior to his career in finance, Tommy was a professional baseball player, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and team-oriented mindset that continue to shape his approach to business. He was drafted three times by the Colorado Rockies, Toronto Blue Jays, and ultimately signed with the Boston Red Sox, playing in their farm system. Before embarking on his professional career, he played college baseball for the University of South Carolina and later for Florida Atlantic University.
